Timothy P. Stickradt, (JD) is a senior partner in the law firm of Hammerschmidt, Stickradt & Associates, PLLC, where he practices Bankruptcy for debtors. Mr. Stickradt received is B.A. from Oakland University and his JD from Wayne State University Law School. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997. He has been practicing bankruptcy law since 1998.

Marguerite Hammerschmidt, (JD) is a senior partner in the law firm of Hammerschmidt, Stickradt & Associates, PLLC, where she practices Bankruptcy for debtors. Ms. Hammerschmidt received a B.S. from the University of Detroit and her JD from Wayne State University Law School. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1997 and has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2001.

Andrijana Vujic, (JD) is an associate attorney with the law firm of Hammerschmidt, Stickradt & Associates, PLLC, where she practices Bankruptcy for debtors. Ms. Vujic received a B.A. from Wayne State University and her JD from Wayne State University Law School. She was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2004 and has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2006.
